Most orders are received within 2-7 business days of purchase. Your order will be shipped to the address on your order unless you specify differently. Please make sure your address is correct to ensure a timely and accurate delivery. You will receive a confirmation email at the time you place your order as well as a notification that your order has been shipped with a tracking number.

Holiday shipping can take up to 10 days to ship, please keep this in mind when ordering our products as gifts.

We ship out orders via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Your order does include taxes, postage, delivery confirmation, and secure packaging.

Depending on the items that you order, they may be shipped separately.


Each order does go through our 10-point quality assurance inspection to ensure that you love your purchase! It is our goal that the items you order meet or exceeds your expectations. All sales are final unless the item you receive is defective.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery of your order so that we can process your return.

Please return defective item in original condition (unworn, unaltered) with the tags attached. Any item that does not meet this criteria will be denied.

You are responsible for contacting us here to initiate the return process. You are responsible for shipping the item back. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

If orders are returned because of an unsuccessful delivery (after several attempts), the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs or a partial refund of the items only will be refunded.

Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed.
